Best service and on time with the mail, though it was delayed till late afternoon. Also, please make sure the adapters are fully working.

Excellent essential service

Excellent reliability and speed!

No problems. Great price. Easy return at airport.

We chose the hotel delivery option and our pocket Wi-Fi was timely delivered to the front desk of our hotel. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our trip and returning it was easy. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again and will recommend it to my family and friends!

Thank you so much for helping us enjoy our trip!! Kudos!

smooth experience, fast wifi.

It was easy to order on line and pick up at the airport. I picked it up at Haneda. There was a free battery pack with the rental. I charged the Wi-Fi every night and had no issues with my pocket Wi-Fi during my 14 day rental. I just needed to put the items in the envelope provided and drop the envelope into the post office box at the airport before entering the TSA checkpoint. There are instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi in the envelope with your equipment. I would recommend Japan Wireless.

Easy to use, backup battery and speed is great no dead spot

Excellent and fast internet.
