Wonderful coverage. Worked everywhere I went.

Japan Wireless's Pocket Wifi device and service are exceptional. With a little assistance from the airport employees, I was able to find their counter at Haneda International airport. The checkout process was seamless, and I was able to connect to the device within a couple of minutes. I used the device for the entirety of my week-long vacation and never experienced any technical difficulties. I will gladly use their service on future trips to Japan.

Pickup and drop off we’re super easy, as we picked up from the airport post office. The Wi-Fi units were also really easy to use and didn’t ever really fail us even when we were in quite remote areas. The whole experience was rather seamless and I would highly recommend!

Everything worked fine. It arrived one day later but I have used it without problems till the last day of my stay.

Very happy with the service. I ordered the pocket wifi a month prior to my visit. I was kept up to date. On landing i picked the wifi from the designated area. I went up north to Nesiko area and it was handy to be connected. Only recommendation is charge the device every night to make the best of it. Better then getting a SiM card.

I can highly recommend this product as it helps to have Wi Fi connected at all times when you are travelling in Japan especially if you need to look up how to get to a destination

Works great. Make sure to have an extra charger if you are constantly using Wi-Fi as the battery can go fast.
