Wonderful experience, from the beginning to the end. Return using a post box is very convenient, and overall user experience was definitely positive. We were also given a power bank with the device, but we never used it thanks to the device battery that lasted more than enough. Definitely recommended!

You really need to have this when visiting Japan.it came with a powerbank so you would always be able to charge it when out and about,no issues with coverage either.

Easy to collect at airport,and had it set up and working within 5 minutes.Invaluable for getting around Tokyo,and checking travel plans.Easy drop off at airport,into red box at terminal.

Definitely a recommendation to get your wifi from Japan-Wireless! Especially when travelling in a group, this wifi can accomodate a number of people. Fast and easy to use. battery is long lasting too! Really helped us lot in navigating in Japan!

The Wifi worked great for my whole trip. I was able to connect to multiple devices with no lack of internet speed. The ability to drop off in the airport was very convenient.
