Anywhere we went, even hiking the Nakasendo trail we had good service.

I’m so impressed with everything about this service! I rented the pocket Wi-Fi for a trip to Tokyo. It was was easy to order, the equipment was delivered on time directly to my hotel, and the equipment seemed new and was packaged thoughtfully. Providing an extra battery and carrying pouch was a nice extra touch. Most importantly, the WiFi worked perfectly - saved me hundreds of US dollars over using my mobile carrier’s data plan. Finally, Japan Wireless provided a postage-paid return envelope with clear and easy instructions for returning the equipment through the mail. I will absolutely choose Japan Wireless again next time I visit Japan.

This product is essential when travelling through Japan. Would highly recommend! We used it daily when using google maps and google translate. Would definitely use again.

It was very useful for the whole trip, we were in Japan for 10 days and were a group of 5. I used a second one for my parents in case we split up. Not too heavy of a device and it lasted the whole day (we were out and about at least 12 hours each day). Will be using this service again real soon.

Worked excellent once we picked it up from the airport! Fast speeds everywhere and great battery life.

The product was easy to charge and use. I wish I would have had one waiting for me at the airport. Gave me access to communication, gps, and internet.

Pickup and dropoff were easy and the device easily handled 10 devices. Battery life wasn’t perfect, but overall, we were very pleased.
