Reliable and easy to return.

The portable router was waiting for us at our hotel. Simple to use, great wifi coverage - totally indespensable.

This was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. It was easy to set up and worked well for the trip. Easy to return.

Pickup and drop off was really easy and the battery charge was long enough I ended up using the extra battery pack for my phone more often than for the WiFi

I was very pleased with the wifi, itt workes perfectly every single time during my 2 weeks in Japan. The extra battery they provided fully extends the working hours of the device even for a day trip. I recommened itt very much!!

This router has worked very well throughout the holiday, I have never had any problems connecting and the speed has always been great. The battery was enough for the whole day without even needing to use the included power bank.
I recommend searching the internet for the post office box inside the airport to return it with maximum convenience on the day of departure.

Ordered while in the USA and had it delivered to my hotel. When I arrived at my hotel a week later, it was waiting for me. The wi-fi service was excellent until it stopped working a day later. I emailed them about the issue and they responded minutes later. They were able to troubleshoot with a single email. If the issue wasn't resolved over email, they were ready to express delivery a replacement. Luckily, it didn't come down to that. I would definitely use them again. Price was good, too.
