I went with Japan Wireless and it was a great and easy experience. I was able to get what I needed as soon as I landed and was able to return their equipment on my way back through the mail box at the airport. Will definitely use this service once I return.

I’ve been renting WiFi with Japan Wireless for about 4 years and my experience with them is very good. Ordering is easy; they’ll deliver to your home, hotel or even the landing airport. Returns are simple too. They even fixed my problem with a bad router by supplying me a new one within two days. I just gave a 4 star because I feel the connection isn’t as strong as before. Maybe it’s because more people are on the net? Not sure but it was definitely faster before. Overall I recommend and have recommended to others and will continue to rent here myself.

At first it wasn't working with the QR code so i got disappointed. But then on the manual installation everything went perfect

The title says it all.

Easy pick up and drop off. Consistent wifi connection. Decent battery life. It came with external battery, but I didn't need it and just charged the wifi every night.

We had a great time using this WiFi. So easy to use and the life of the apparatu was enough for the whole day. We love it❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a good useful thing that really helped me navigate through Japan. A lifesaver during my stay there :D

Traveled from Tokyo to Osaka, and back, and never had any issues with the pocket WiFi. The coverage was strong and the speeds great.

I rented the pocket Wi-Fi device before coming to Tokyo. Simply picked it up at the HND airport and used it while I was there. Worked flawlessly and helped me with my productivity. When done, I simply dropped it in any Japanese Postal box and that's it.
