I am very happy with the service. The Wireless Japan Pocket wifi worked at all times. Instructions were very clear. And I could start using it rigth away, as it was waiting for me in my first hotel at the airport.

This is the second time we've used a Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless and it's been a great experience, it would even work in places like forests and mountains. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Japan wireless made it so easy for me to use their mobile WiFi. They delivered it to my hotel with everything I needed plus an envelope for returning it back to them. It worked wonderfully and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend them!

I had the Wifi delivered to my Hotel in Oita, Kyushu and it was waiting for me on my arrival, great service and easy to use.

We were a little sceptical at first but reviews were good so we ordered one. Pick up was easy and they set it up for us in 30 seconds it could not have been simpler
We could not believe how good it was. We traveled all around Japan and not once did we have any connection issue
It ensured we were always connected which was hugely important for maps and translation - I’m not sure we would have survived without it
