It works and pretty reliable but a bit slow during some occasions. Sometimes it would randomly disconnect but we mainly used it for google maps and such so for the most part it did its job.

Brilliant ease to use, smooth delivery and drop off

Very convenient to process order. Internet access was consistent throughout our trip. Thanks much.

This was money well spent. We could chat online to our kids and call them, used google translate and maps, with only the cost to hire. Easy pick up and return.

Order and delivery process of the Wi-Fi device was smooth and hassle-free as it was delivered to the hotel a day prior to my arrival to ease collection convenience as I have a late flight into Tokyo. Bandwidth of the WI-FI was satisfactory with the device power lasted from 9am to 6pm with supplementary charging from the supplied power bank assisted for the remaining day. Device drop-off was easy at a post box in Haneda airport. Highly recommend using this service.

Was able to purchase in less than 30 mins. It was also affordable. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Activation and connectivity is also simple. Speed is also fast. I just wish there are more larger data plans for short stays. I really recommended this service.

This is the second time I've rented a pocket wifi and I had another easy, excellent experience. I simply booked it from the website, picked it up from the airport and mailed it back on my last day. The wifi worked perfectly as intended. I highly recommend!

Very easy process to pick up and drop off - great battery life and signal - super convenient and reliable. Thank you!

I never had to use the backup battery and it worked all day, every day, wherever we went. Would definitely use this again.

Me and my husband decided to rent a pocket wifi for data safety purposes and we did not regret it. We travelled across Japan, from Tokyo to Hiroshima, and it totally works!
