I had good experience travelling with the pocket wifi from Japan wireless. The range of device was good and conncetion was fast. I was surprised that the device worked well even on fast moving trains and even subways.

A must for every Japan trip.

The SIM card really came in handy. With full-speed first 3GB and the rest in slower speed, I managed to deplete it only once.

I have already booked a pocket wifi under Japan Wireless for two trips and I have enjoyed the convenient rental process as well as the fast wifi network for the entire trip. I would book another rental for my upcoming trip this November!

Bonjour à toutes et tous, cette esim n'est pas mal du tout. je n'ai eu aucun problème pour son installation ni son utilisation. 2go de data c'est pas énorme, mais ça n'empêche pas le fonctionnement même si on dépasse, il y a beaucoup de point WiFi au japon. Le réseau n'est pas mal, des alpes japonaises aux coins perdus dans la pampa on capte Google maps 🤣. Bref, c'est un peu cher mais on n'est pas emmerdés par les problèmes réseau. Je suis content de mon achat poto😁.

We’ll definitely be recommending your pocket wifi to anyone who is traveling to Japan! Picking up the pocket wifi was easy and hassle free. Service was great and the extra portable battery pack that was included was very useful! Without the extra battery, the pocket wifi wouldn’t have made it the whole day so it’s great that you incl use that with the package!
Providing the self addressed package envelope also helped and made returning the unit and its accessories so easy and convenient. We were able to use the pocket wifi up to the airport then just drop it in the mailbox inside the airport. Thank you!
