The Wi-Fi Unit was waiting for me at my BBC Hotel and I connected it very easily, and it worked perfectly every day of my holidays.

would certainly use it again on my next visit. Many thanks.

Second time I have rented pocket wifi; love it. Dependable reception and long battery life, never had to use battery back-up. Would turn on when leaving hotel and use all day and more dependable than Shinkansen or station wifi's. Would rent again next time. Thanks!

This device didn’t fail us. We always had a connection and it never was slow. Get find.

We picked the portable WiFi from KIX and dropped it off in a mailbox 18 days later when we departed from HND. No issues with service at all. Pick up and drop off were easy. Would recommend.

Very easy to use and reliable to navigate in Japan.
Portable wifi was for us the only connection with the world. Easy to pick up and return.

Service ws really good untill now and I did not have signall loss issues even if I was travelling through rhe mountains. I had an issue with activating the esim but support was really quick and solved the issue. Thank you.

Never lost connection. Travelled to more than one city. Extra battery pack was nice too

Everything was ok thanks

We rented for a week from Narita. Easy to rent and return. Worked great all week without exception. Never needed a charge during day...

Had easy pick up from Narita and left it with the front desk at our hotel in Osaka who sent it away for us. Had good coverage throughout our trip, the only time was high in the hills of Hakone, it was hard to connect. Will definitely use again.
