Easy and good coverage

I’ve used Wi-Fi machines before and other countries and I can safely say that this one truly works seamlessly. I was surprised to see that it even worked in the most remote countryside areas we visited. Thank you for the reliable service.

This is our second time using Japan Wireless and definitely won't be last. Everything from pickup, use and return is amazingly simple. Took it all around Tokyo, Kamakura,Nikko, and Hakone and it worked flawlessly. Will definitely refer it to all my friends visiting Japan.

Very good service. The WiFi hotspot was delivered to my hotel and ready for me when I checked in. The unit worked perfectly with good reception everywhere I travelled in Japan, from Tokyo to Hokkaido. When leaving Japan, I just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport using the postage paid envelope provided.

Portable WiFi is very handy to use and another to use if you can’t get eSIM on cellphone.
