worked great everywhere i was traveling in japan

What an amazing little box, made our time in Tokyo so much easier with constant Wi-Fi access. Would highly recommend to anyone. Saved a fortune on using our phone data.

I purchased this product (pocket Wi-Fi) for 4 days in Japan and it was the best experience. I’m not a tech savvy person and I never used pocket WiFi before so this is a beginner friendly honest review. Picked up the device at the airport and immediately activated it for use. It was simple to use and I got full internet coverage for multiple devices that (in my experience) never was spotty or had any problems. The battery life was also good with an overnight charge lasting the whole day, though it mainly only had to service my cellphone during the day as I was out and about doing things. The only critique was that the return instructions were very confusing and in full blown Japanese. I ended up just going into a post office and getting help at the front desk. Perhaps consider an airport return option similar to the airport pickup option. Otherwise it was a great product and would definitely get again when I’m visiting Japan!

very fast speed and affordable. delivered at our hotel and instruction of return of the mobile wifi very clear. highly recommended

2nd time to use to use this wifi! I love how it has it’s own powerbank, the battery life is also long! First time used last 2023, then did again last Feb 2025. I love how affordable it is and how convenient is to get and return it. Will use this everytime I visit Japan! ❤️

Excellent service. Was at accommodation when we arrived

We ordered our Pocket WIFI and have it sent to our hotel. When we arrived and check in the hotel, the package was waiting for us. We were able to set it up and used it the next day for our exploration.

Life saver! Access to Maps and the Translate/Lens was invaluable.

Excellent service
No problems at all

Perfect, good ,connection everywhere I went, and good price as well. Recommend.
