Loved the product mostly. Convenient from delivery to shipping back. The only problem i encountered was that we had 6 devices connected and for some reason it bumps other devices off from connecting to the WiFi device which is a bit of an inconvenience. I thought 10 devices can connect to the WiFi device but I am thinking just not at the same time.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Japan for the first time and wanted to be connected at all times. This pocket wifi is very compact and can easily fit in your backpack with ease. The pocket wifi helped me navigate through Japan and had great connection the entire time. I had the pocket wifi shipped to our hotel and it arrived the day we checked-in our hotel! Great service and would highly recommend!

5 stars. The device worked very well for us everywhere we went in Japan, including somewhat remote sites. And the power bank came in very handy one day.

We hired it for 21 days and we were not dissapointed! WiFi is great and battery lasts long enough for a whole day. Would definitely recommend!
