We rented the pocket wifi for a week. Easy to use and return

I've used two different service providers during my business trips to Japan. Japan wireless premium wifi service has never failed me. Everyone at my company uses Japan wireless during business trips.

Japan wireless hotspot pocket wifi was great. Stayed connected thru our whole 2 week trip. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery to your desired location, easy setup of the device. I like it that they have a powerbank included for charging and very convenient way to return. Just drop it off the airport on your way in. We are very happy to be able to use wifi conviently with your service! Thanks

Japan Wireless was my reliable companion all through my travels in Japan. Never let me down. Easy handling/setup; delivery to hotel on time +return at end of travel was easy! Will choose to he company again next time.

Was a lifesaver during our trip.

Don’t travel without a pocket wifi or translator. Worked perfectly. No issues at all.

Renting pocket Wi-Fi router from Japan Wireless was the best thing we did to make our travel in Japan smooth . With this small unit we had reliable and high speed Internet 24 x7 everywhere we traveled . Strongly recommend this for every visitor

The unlimited data pocket wifi worked perfectly throughout all of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The device is super easy to use and the battery life is excellent. I would totally recommend this product!

Great wifi option. Quick replacement when there was a problem that couldn't be sorted with a hard reset. Very happy and would use this company again.
