It arrived at the hotel as requested. Easy to set up, but a bit tricky to charge as there weren’t detailed instructions in English. Easy to return. Glad I had it.

I needed a hotspot for work while on a business trip in Okinawa. Japan wireless was easy to order, arrived at the hotel right on time, had great packaging and was a dream to use and send back. Just put everything in the envelope and dropped it off at a post office down the street from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Japan wireless, the router was waiting for us at the hotel, came with all the bits required, always had great Internet cover and was so easy to drop off again at the airport. It made getting around japan so easy!
