Recensies

Great service, picked up right at our hotel check in. Worked well during long Shinkansen travel. Drop off at airport was super convenient.

This was a great product to use on my trip to Japan. With an older mobile phone, I wasn't confident in using an e-sim. This mobile wifi worked perfectly from Fukuoka to Tokyo. Great service, and really easy for a non-tech expert to use. Highly recommended.

Very convenient. Worked nearly everywhere. Great fast wifi service. Easy pickup and return

Great product. Excellent value for the money. Steady connection, little to no buffering when streaming. Will definitely use again next year.

Excellent service! It was delivered to my hotel before I arrived. I carried it everywhere, always on. I had to charge it twice a day with the power bank I had. I was using it for WhatsApp video calls, directions, and AI info for tourism. Really highly recommended. It was also easy to return using their pre-filled envelope and just dropping it in a mailbox.

Very easy to obtain the device and use. The battery lasted all day and it also came with a power bank. Never had any issues with the device and it helped us on our trip. Will gladly reuse again on my return to Japan.

Japan wireless was a great navigation tool with Google Maps. It provided great coverage throughout our trip to Japan. Thus preventing me from getting lost on many occasions. I highly recommend this WiFi company!

We booked ahead. Found the counter easily at Narita Airport! Pick up and drop off were convenient! Smooth Wifi Unlimited Service and no hidden fees!

A convenient option to International data plans. Easy to pickup and return

Alles war super, problemloses Abholen am Flughafen, die Rückgabe über den Postweg. WiFi hat auch gut funktioniert, ist klein und handlich und überall leicht mitzunehmen. Muss nur täglich aufgeladen werden. Immer wieder gerne!
