everything worked well, battery lasted for the whole day. only problem was to find the post office at airport, otherwise no complications

First time user to such a service and we were pleased. The battery life on both the router and battery pack wasn't perfect but we managed to get around Japan for four weeks. The supplied power cable was long and bulky and too much to carry around on a daily basis so we used our own. On the last day the router didn't respond and I thought it had been turned off prematurely but it did eventually come back to life and we managed to navigate to the airport, where it was easy to post back. I would recommend Japan Wireless.

A few times I had to turn off and turn on to connect because somehow my cell phone was not getting the WiFi, but no big deal. I’m still giving it 5 stars due to the convenience and affordable pricing.

It was convenient, never had an issue in Japan! When i go back, i am definitely going to reorder it! Super easy to rent, pick up and drop it off at Henada Airport!

I heard of pocket wifi before but only decided to try it my second time ever visiting the great country of Japan.
Even though my American phone company
Tmobile has the option of providing internet service in several other countries, eventually the coverage comes to an unexpected halt every few days and I would have to call the company to reactivate the internet connection and in the middle of traveling and enjoying my vacation it was a little irritating.
Thanks to Japan Wireless that brief inconvenience of having service interruptions was not an issue this time in Japan.
I had a very fun time again of course and sharing very cool moments with my friends and family back in Los Angeles was great thanks to Japan Wireless, I will definitely get Japan Wireless again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

Great product overall for my 2 week trip to Japan. The wireless connectivity was flawless and it being a modem meant all my family could connect. I am glad I found this company to be connected and I will order again on my next trip.

Decided on pocket WiFi instead of eSIM for our nearly 3 week stay in Japan. It worked wonderfully for us across Tokyo, Nagoya, Nara, Kyoto and Osaka. It never died on us, we only had 2 devices running off of it tho. I think we only needed to use the portable charger a few times. We made sure to charge it every night and had no issues. Would definitely use again.

SIM available at the hotel, quickly connected, good reception everywhere, correct price.
