It was my first time using pocket wifi, once I figured out how to use it, it worked perfectly.

It was very convenient; pick up and drop off was easy; I was just perplexed that 2 times for a few minutes in the 8 days we had it that we lost connectivity but over all we were happy

Pickup at the airport was very easy. The device worked reliably througout Tokyo. Return with the included mail envelope was easy as well.

Reliable WiFi kit with reasonable battery performance from Japan Wireless. An essential if you are mobile in Japan. Process to order and return was very smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

The pocket wifi worked really well, the battery lasted usually for the whole day and the power bank provided by japan wireless was very useful also for our smartphones. The delivery at the hotel worked perfectly as well as the return per post. The price is great compared to other providers. I would really reccomend it.

Easy to collect ( and drop off ) at airport. Easy to use. The spare battery didn’t seem to hold charge so well

Better directions on where to find the pick up location would be great. We had to ask a few people, then finally found Ninja Wireless. Performance and return process was simple. Will use JapanWireless again!
