With the portable WIFI, my mind was at ease. I was able to travel around Tokyo using the portable WIFI. My family was able to use the internet anytime when required.

This is the 4th time I've ordered a wifi modem from Japan Wireless. My modem is always waiting for me when I check into my arrival hotel and it's so easy to return to a mailbox as there's one right on the departures level near the check-in counters. The additional battery that comes with the rental is a big help too.

We used the pocket WiFi every day and it performed excellently. We were even able to use it on board the ship as we cruised around Japan for 20 nights. It was invaluable when we were ashore and during our stay in Yokohama. We would definitely use it again on another trip to Japan as the cost is reasonable and the service is great. A good feature is the inclusion of a charger, cable and powerbank.
