Recensies

Everything Washington fine

It was delivered to our hotel on time. The device worked great for the two of us, very easy to use, there were no problems to report. Very glad we had it. Thank you!

Very good solutions!

Perfect service. Easy to get, easy to use, easy to return. Communication with Japan Wireless was perfect.

Easy to install, good coverage. I recommend.

Good experience overall even if sometimes the powerbank wasn't charging the device and also there were moments when the connection don't worked.

We used a Wifi device during our holiday in Japan. The first device had a problem after a few days, but was quickly replaced. Even so we were "on the road" the company sent the new device to a nearby post office were we could pick it up.
This was truly fast and great service.
We can only recommend Japan wireless.

Very satisfied to have chosen Japan wireless for my one month trip to Japan. I think I only had one 5 minute internet break in one month which is totally understandable. I recommend

Very convenient to use and reliable internet connection.

Delivered on time to hotel, great product with very good speed. Includes power bank which came in very handy. Included return preaddressed envelope which we mailed at the airport on the way home. Fantastic all round!
