easy pick up and drop off,great coverage

Super easy and seamless

We ordered in advance and asked to pick it up at our hote in Yokohama. We were sent a receipt for payment. When we arrived at our hotel, it was there waiting for us. It was very simple to set up and I am not a technology person. It was already charged and ready to use. I put it in a front pocket of my backpack daily and forgot all about it. At night, I charged it and the extra battery charger. We never had to use the charger during the day and we were out and about almost 15 hours a day. It worked well everywhere we went. We didn't stay in just cities. We took trains to the Japan alps, volcanos and small villages. It worked everywhere. We were never without a signal. Best investment on our trip.

There was a delivery issue the first day (was not delivered at right address) but they fix the issue very quick. Very reliable product for gentle price

Totally recommend bringing one of these little helpers with you on any journeying around Japan. It came everywhere with us in my backpack and never failed to help us get "unlost", pick our destination or locate the next WOW moment :O)
