I am so thankful for your services, if not been for you not sure what I would have done without Wifi access. I have two cell phones that are on carrier lock so I couldn't get sim cards. From ordering the device online, to set up of device and return everything went smoothly. Instruction was really simple, also when I picked up device the young lady walked me through. Great equipment worked great with 3 iPhones and 2 iPads

Japan Wireless got their pocket WiFi to my hotel very quickly. The packet included the portable WiFi, a return envelope for easy returns, an extra battery and cables. My only complaint is that the portable WiFi ran out of battery very quickly. The backup battery was necessary but often didn't last the entire day either.

instant setup, and flawless connection everywhere — trains, cities, mountains. Unlimited data, no throttling. Returning it was just dropping an envelope in a postbox. Essential for any Japan trip
