Worked as expected no problems at all!

Easy picking up and return. Service was fast in Tokyo, but very slow in Kyoto.

From ordering to returning this is a must for travel. So seamless.

We used Japan wireless wifi will traveling from Kyoto to Tokyo over 2 weeks. It was so easy to reserve and the Hotspot was waiting for us in our hotel room and ready to use! We had great signal during all of our travels and there was great battery life. I would recommend that everyone use Japan wireless for great service and saving international roaming costs!

We had a great experience! We had a strong wifi everywhere we went, with no limitation, the support team was very friendly and helpful, and even the smallest issues were solved quickly and efficiently!

super useful during my 1 week stay in Japan! very fast and battery does not run out easily. Used the pocket wifi for almost 9-12 hours outside and I did not need to charge it once using the power bank the entire trip! 100/10 would recommend!
