Recensies

Easy pick up and return. Offered great coverage.

Works great, easy to pick-up and easy to return

Pre-ordered from France, picked up at Ozaka airport, used flawlessly during 2 weeks across Japan, dropped at Tokyo airport in the post mail box. Easy

Me and my two teenagers were sharing the pocket wifi during our 3 weeks stay i Osaka. I was a little in panic when I should find the pickup place in the airport. But is was easily found via the screen shot of the airport in the information mail from Japan- wireless. The wifi connection was fine and supported our three mobile phones when we used Google Maps or took a break reading news in the subway. We put it in a mailbox in New Chitose airport before check-in.

It was 3rd or 4th time we used this pocket wifi rental company. Easy pickup and return. We had any WiFi connection problems anywhere we went. On the train, underground shopping area, subway, etc. I would use Japan Wireless again and again.

The process of acquiring the Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi was super easy to do. Easy pick up at Terminal 1 of Narita and easy return with an already paid envelope to any Red Postal Box. I highly recommend it. Super nice to always have internet with 4-5 bars on my cell phone.

とても良い接続品質で価格も合理的なので、日本旅行が必要な方におすすめします

Device always worked and the pickup and drop off process was easy. Reliable service at a great price. Made our trip so much easier.

I decided to try the pocket wifi since I got a new phone and was very happy with it! It was super easy to use and had stable wifi almost everywhere, even on the train to Kyoto! The charge held consistent throughout the day. I think if you are worried about getting international roaming charges, pocket wifi is the way to go! Would rent again.

I will continue to use pocket wifi when I visit Japan!
