Recensies

Really a good useful pocket WiFi. Good signal in all visited areas and great battery, all day with only one.

Very user friendly with great customer service

Everything worked quickly and effectively

Toller Service und super Qualität und unkomplizierte Abwicklung

from making the reservation to sending it back the process was fast an uncomplicated. Will definitly use the service again as a pocket wifi is super convinient and we had 0 issues even on the shinkansen.

Easy pick up and return.
Stable network.

The whole process of preordering, picking it up, using the pocket WiFi for the 2 week trip, and returning it with enclosed envelope was so streamlined and convenient. It is a definite must for any Japan trip.

Family with 4 connections around japan also rural areas. No problem

I have booked the modem from Italy and when I arrived at Tokyo Airport I found the office at the exit and all was ready.
I used the modem all the 13 days of my journey and never had problems.I sent It back by post as per instructions at the end of my holiday and all was ok.
Really a great service.

Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
It never failed me, I always had WiFi service wherever I was in Japan.
When I arrived at the hotel in Osaka the device was already there. The return was also very simple, you just have to drop it in a mailbox.
