We used this service for our Japan family vacation and it was the best decision ever. The package with the pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel's reception desk and when we got there for our check-in, the package was already there. So, very timely delivery. I rented a router that worked perfectly. Three phones were connected to the device, and it performed very well.
Towards the end of the rental period, the device's performance dropped slightly; I contacted customer service, and by the very next day, I had a replacement unit at my location.
