Easy and good service!

This was so easy. Only thing was I ordered on my phone and then you cannot use the QR code but that was sorted easily.

Best decision I ever made traveling! I was never without wifi! Pick up was a breeze. Young woman helped me set up my device. Drop off was easy, pop everything in pouch, drop in mailbox. Within a couple of hours it was scanned in and I was notified it was received. Every time I talk about my trip to Japan, I add that the best thing I did was get Japan-wireless! Thank you--it made me trip worry free. Knowing I would always have wifi was a comfort!

Impeccable service. Have been loyal even before pre pandemic and they never failed. Especially in my latest trip where I requested for a change in delivery to my new hotel, I was amazed with the service and positive outcome. Speed wise, I have no concerns. First time using an eSIM and the instructions to install and enable are foolproof, would definitely use again when I make another trip to Japan.

I also looked at Airalo and Sakura and felt Japan-wireless had a better price point for our needs.

I used Japan Wireless pocket wifi for my 14 day solo trip to Japan this fall. I prepaid it from my computer at home, and when I arrived at Haneda, all I had to do is look for their counter. I used the pocket wifi every day of my trip, carried around in my man purse. Made google maps navigation, restaurant research and other information and easy, smooth and seamless.
