Easy and efficient from the beginning till the end.
Very happy with Japan Wireless.
It was convenient to pick up and return at the airport, they offer the best price among its competitors.
I didn’t have any reception issues while I was traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima, Hagi and Izumo.
Japan Wireless is highly recommended
Very convenient! Faced no issues with connectivity or speed throughout my 15 days in Japan.
The pocket WiFi worked well and battery life was good. However, the charger provided was loose and didn’t work. Luckily, the hotel had a charger that worked with the pocket WiFi. Also, picking up and returning the unit was easy. Will use this company again.
I have not faced any issues with the product. Great connectivity. Highly recommend it.
There was a few of us in our group and Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi worked perfectly for us. It was waiting at the desk of our hotel when we arrived and it travelled with us to 3 more hotels and worked well at all locations. Highly reccommended!
We used the Japan Wireless pocket wifi and loved it throughout our 2 week in Japan. The pocket wifi provided very fast data speeds, preserved the battery life in our devices, and was super reliable throughout the cities we visited.
We had eSIM service on our phones as a backup, but only needed it when our party split up. The eSIM data service was no where as fast or reliable as the Japan Wireless pocket wifi.
The pocket wifi lasted our group's use from start of the day to the end of the day, and was easy to charge. We only had to use the battery bank a few times when we were out for extended periods of time.
We will always travel in the future with Japan Wireless pocket wifi. It was a game changer to make our trip so much easier. We highly highly recommend the Japan Wireless pocket wifi.
Our entire group said it was the best decision we made on our Japan trip.
Very good! Powerbank not absolut necessary, but ok.
I purchased two 12 days unlimited eSim and it worked flawless during my vacation in Tokyo and Kyoto. I never lost cell connection and I highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Japan.
Easy to order, easy to pick up, easy to set up , easy to use, good signal and speed, covers Japan (we allways had signal), easy to drop in at the airport.
Thank you !
