I had a hard time to set up the APN for my eSim while i was visiting Japan, I went to japan wireless office in Tokyo, staff and technician were so friendly, they fixed my issue. thank you

Easy to pick up and return. Great coverage. Appreciate battery and adapter.

The only problem was to find the location of n.e.s.t. pick up point, everything else was quite simple and convenient: devices worked well, wifi reception is perfect almost everywhere in Japan, easy to return by post in the provided envelope.

It turned out that many Japanese people were able to speak or at least understand English language compared to our previous visit eight years ago, so we hardly used the translator.

Did not experience any lost signal in Tokyo.
