Recensies

Very easy to setup and start using. A single unit supported all six of our family members phones. Excellent coverage throughout Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagoya. Very glad I chose Japan Wireless.

Great experience everytime, will definitely recommend to friends and continue renting it next time.

Absolutely fantastic portable WiFi service and easy to receive, use, and return

Japan Wireless offered an excellent service: kind, precise and easy to follow instructions. I surely recommend it for the Internet accessibility in Japan.

Easy to order, collect and return in prepaid envelope. Communications excellent!
Only issue - very small back up battery did not charge the Wi-Fi unit and drained to ZERO in a few seconds!!!!!! However, I do recommend Japan Wireless,
!

Good product, easy installation and use, excellent coverage throughout the territory

Ordered on Saturday, received on Monday, the best pocket wifi provider I know!

I cannot recommend this service enough. The pocket WiFi was so easy to find for the pick up and super easy to set up and use throughout our entire 12-day trip. We had a group of 3 traveling together and it kept all of us online with easy access to the internet, use of all our apps and use of WiFi calling. It also made it easy to conduct business calls from anywhere. You need to be disciplined about charging the unit every night. It comes with a back up power pack, but best to keep it charged at the start of the day. The return of the unit was a breeze. Japan Wireless provides you with a pre-addressed envelope that you can drop in the post box at the airport. They email you instructions a few days before it’s due back. We bought the premium insurance but I think we would have been fine with less expensive insurance. I just wasn’t sure. The experience was completely seamless and I would definitely rent this again! I highly recommend this.

We rented a Wifi box which effectively saved my partner and I $166 ($83 per person - breakdown below). Aside from very deep in the subway, we always had service and the included power bank ensured it always had power during the day.

AT&T/Verizon: $10 per day
Total days: 12 days
Phones: 2
Total: $240

Wifi Box: $73

Savings: $166

eSims at great prices and great coverage.
