Recensies

The device was sent to my hotel really fast. Thanks to the service, I had internet for my whole trip. Also the return process was simple and smooth. I just dropped the labeled envelop at a post office. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using this service.

Pickup was quick and easy. Coverage and speed was good. I like the post box dropoff option at the airport.

Wi-fi provided coverage where ever I went. No problems.

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was SO useful and easy to use. Speeds were great throughout Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. The dead zones were only in remote Kyoto areas in the mountain/river area. No complaints. My kids enjoyed being connected when needed. Battery life was good and just throwing it in my bag was the best. Not a hassle, but I did carry it in my pocket at night when I didn’t need a book bag. I didn’t carry a wallet. Apple wallet for that, so my pockets were not bulky or heavy. Highly recommend.

Easy to pickup, use and return

Bestellung, Abholung, Ausstattung, Funktion, Rückgabe perfekt.
Von Tokyo bis Ishigaki 4 Wochen benutzt- immer sehr gute Leistung!

Pocket wifi worked great. No problems at all. We never even needed to use the battery backup that was provided.

10/10 recommend Japan Wireless to anybody! Entire process was so easy. Easy pickup, easy drop off. WiFi box lasted all day but comes with a portable bank if needed. Never lost connection or had any issues. Definitely using for all our future Japan trips.

Worked great. Used airport WiFi to get it started

Easy to deal with, easy pick up and drop off, good service, thank you
