Nous avons eu du mal à trouver la boutique alors qu'elle est en face de nous, il n'y a qu'elle ! Il faut juste ouvrir les yeux mais une fois trouvé et c'est notre faute pas celle du magasin...
Nous avons récupéré notre matériel, neuf ou en excellent état .
mis en route et tout à fonctionné parfaitement . Nous n'avons jamais utilisé la batterie supplémentaire . Nous étions heureux jusqu'au soir de pouvoir traduire les menus des restaurants .
L'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ à la boutique est au stricte minimum mais c'est d'une simplicité . Franchement pour des séniors que nous sommes , souvent dépassés , c'est d'une simplicité .
merci pour tout, et le tarif était le plus compétitif .
Pour les voyageurs , le Japon est un magnifique pays , profitez et respectez surtout . Que de nombreuses personnes puissent encore découvrir et partager les coutumes encore longtemps . J'ai adoré et grâce aussi à notre matériel Japan Wireless !

The router was easy to collect and set up. The service was 100% the whole time.Two of us connected to the router for 6 weeks. I would highly recommend them. I just popped it back into the supplied envelope when I got to the airport to travel back to the UK (land side) and posted it.

Japan Wireless provided us with excellent wifi during our 5 day trip! The process was also very easy, from booking online, getting the pocket wifi and returning it. I would definitely use them again!

Easy delivery, quality connection, good battery life, easy returns. All great at a good price.

It was quick and seamless, no hassle whatsoever. So long as you properly scan it the first time, as e-sims do typically let you scan the qr code just once

It is very easy to use. And i live that it include the bag and the plug at the samedi time.

We couldn't have navigated Japan without it! Easy to use, collect from the airport and charge everything each night at the hotels to go again the next day. It didn't matter where in Japan (over 21 days) we went - we always had signal! Even in a buddhist temple west of fuji for 2 nights where there is nothing there, we still had signal...

PROS
• The overall connectivity and reliability of the service was incredible!
• I felt "safe" the whole time we had our phones
• The ESim was super easy to install
• All the plans were super easy to understand
• The price was really great for what we were getting (unlimited data for 2 weeks). My T-mobile plan would have limited our data and cost the same price or more. Data is all you need when abroad.

DIFFERENT NEXT TIME
• We got the 4G plan, because I didn't think that we needed 5G. I would say if you like the speeds we have in the US, I would definitely opt for 5G because its probably similar to the 4G speeds here.
• I will bring my daughter's phone (used mainly on Wifi) and put an ESim in it for the time that we travel. It would have been awesome for her to send messages and FaceTime her friends.

We rented a pocket wifi for our visit. We arranged an airport pickup and it was quick and efficient. We used it with multiple cell phones, tablets, and even laptops and it always worked great. We dropped it at the airport post office on the way out of the city. If you have a lot of deviced, I would recommend the pocket wireless. Japan Wireless communication was fast and very detailed. I will be using them again.

My 5th visit to Japan and my first time to rent your wifi...it was so reliable.very useful.highly recommended..and it comes with a powerbank too..and very accessible to pickup and drop off at kansai Airport...Thank you for this wonderful one...i rented the device for 8 days for only 2000php....
