Great service. I picked up my hotspot at Haneda Airport, I used it all day in Tokyo and never lost internet and still had plenty of power after use all day. Drop off was easy, just put it back in the provided envelope and drop off at a post office box.

Fantastic service. Easy Pick and a return. Battery live was much improved as well compared to the unit I had last year. Lasted pretty much all day so barely needed to use the battery pack that came with it. Very much recommend and will be using again.
Used it for my 10 day trip in Japan. Worked wonderfully. Does around 6 pm but they include a portable charger with it.
Easy setup and the WIFI never failed throughout my 3 week stay in Japan. Would definitely use this product again.

My family doesn't speak or read Japanese. We got 2 of them so the girls can go out on their own. The pocket WiFi worked well for our travels to Tokyo, Nagoya, Hiroshima and Miyajima island. We had to use Google maps to navigate, the translator, Whatsapp to communicate and life360 to keep track of where the girls went. Pick up and drop off was very convenient. I will definitely use Japan wireless pocket WiFi when visiting Japan again
