Recensies

Delivery and service was fast, accurate and reliable.
Instructions for use were easy and very clear to us.
We are planning to be back in 2020 (Olympic summer games) and then we will certainly make use of your services again.

It worked great during my 3 weeks stay in Japan. Make sure to take the back up battery to everywhere you go. Also read the direction on how to use. It stopped working at one point but the direction included trouble shooting and when I tried, it worked.

It worked really well, and the logistics were smooth. Thank you!

Would definitely use again.

Japan wireless was great. The service was reliable hooking up the cell network. When I hit 1GB of data use, the wifi slowed. Japan wireless immediately sent me a new one that was received within 24 hours. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Recommend!

It is a pleasant experience using Japan Wireless Mobile device in Japan Travelling. Wherever we went, we were connected to Internet without any problems. We can search train schedules as well as restaurant information anytime even in a remote area. I definitely will use this revives again in my next trip to Japan.

Great customer service, excellent affordable price, consistent connection, and no throttling of speeds.

Service perfect and very profesional

Great product and service, I had signal everywhere. Well worth the money

We used their services when we decided to visit Japan. Our decision was kind of late, but they accommodated us and the device was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. We also decided to extend the rental and the process was very easy. Also the process to return it was very easy. The internet connection was fast for the 4 users we had in the group, and we were connected in almost every place. Highly recommended.
