Great product with long battery life. Reception throughout Japan was excellent. I get coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and all the other places.
Pick up at the airport was easy and straight forward. Instructions on operation was easy to understand, even my 10 year was able to get it up and running.
Hardly used the external battery but it was a good idea just in case battery life was deleting.
