Pick up was easy and drop off. And the service throughout was excellent and battery life was good and you get a separate power bank just in case!
No complaints, I would definitely use again if I am lucky enough to visit the beautiful Japan again!
work very well
Delivered to my hotel before I arrived, charged and ready to go. Easy to post back from the airport as I left Japan. Never let me down. Would use again.
Super useful, easy and quickcly.
Having a Japan Wireless hub made our travels easy breezy. Finding train and bus schedules, using maps to discover the many sights and 'sushi near me' was super! A must have accessory for travel in Japan. Easy to order, pick up and return.. no problems at all.
We found this service very easy, cost effective and convenient. Would certainly recommend.
I was extremely happy. How to order was easy to follow and when I didn't understand something customer service responded very quickly. Very efficient.
User friendly website, very efficient delivery and returns system. The wifi unit itself was compact, had v strong signal all the time and battery life was good. Excellent and accomodating service. I always use Japan Wireless when i go to Japan.
