Saved a lot of my money

Everything went smoothly - on check in at the hotel in Tokyo I was handed an A4 sized parcel containing the pocket wi fi device / extra battery / mains adaptor and the necessary charging leads. Really quick and easy to get set up - clear instructions in english.
We were on a tour staying in 5 different locations and the wifi reception was excellent throughout - 2 of us each using smartphones and a i-pad. For us the pocket wifi lasted all day on one charge and we did not use the additional battery pack which was included.
Great value - great performance - great service - what is not to like!

On my return from Tokyo Haneda 2 weeks later the reception staff at check kindly posted my package returning the equipment.

Fantastic product to use while travelling in Japan, fast internet used for a family of 4 with no issues, WiFi pockets comes together with a power bank and was really handy. I totally recommend. The communication from Japan Wireless was absolutely amazing with all the detail provided how to collect, setup and return of the equipment. I totally recommend to anyone that wants excellent service, fast internet and connecting with more than 1 device.

Our mobile Wifi unit worked everywhere we went in Japan. Never had a failure while using the unit and the battery lasted more than the 8 hours we were using the device. Would definatly use them again next year on our return to Japan.

Ideal for foreign travel. Proper signal for many devices for the entire day.
