Easily serviced an Australian family of 4 trying to navigate Japan for the first time. It was used heavily and we only had to use the back up battery once.

Worked well everywhere, even when hiking in the woods in Nikko. Wonderful service - ordered for delivery to my friend's house the day after my arrival as I got in at 11pm, but was surprised to find it had already been delivered when I got there. Returned via the prepaid envelope at the post box at Haneda Airport. Could not be simpler. As a plus, my wife who had an eSIM for her phone could log in her laptop through the Pockets. Excellent. Only gave 4 stars as tge power pack was a bit useless (way too slow charging), but I had my own.

Picked up at airport, easy installation and very good signal coverage across the country. Better to be used on IOS rather than Android.

I stayed in Osaka, Japan for 10 nights / 11 days and I have never had any problem with the rented pocket WiFi from Japan-Wireless! Superb experience I had! I will definitely try it again when I come back to Japan next year. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Japan!

Worked great. Was a great asset

We originally had arranged to pick up the Pocket Wifi from Narita Airport, however due to the cancellation of the Shinkansen lines on account of the recent Typhoon, we needed to fly into Kansai instead. Japan Wireless happily sent the Pocket Wifi directly to our Hotel in Kyoto and it was there when we checked in. Thank you so much!!

I really liked using pocket WiFi in Japan. It was very dependable and easy to use.

Very easy to pick up at the airport. Easy instructions for English. Simply turn and on and go. Comes with portable charger which was convenient when all 3 of us were using it ++++. Would recommend this to anyone going to Japan. Fast download and fast upload. Cheaper than a SIM card!

It never let us down
