Great service and very easy to setup

A bit difficult to locate the pick-up point at Narita on arrival, and although the instructions said NO HELP would be provided if the hirer encountered problems pairing the mobile Wi-Fi upon arrival, I was blessed with a very helpful young woman who assisted me. Once underway the device was a delight. I had coverage practically everywhere I drove on Honshu, and there would always be about 50% charge left at the end of a long days drive. Once at the destination, after an hour or so, the mobile unit would be fully charged again, ready for next day. Without the mobile Wi-Fi my drive around the perimeter of Honshu would have been extremely difficult, - maybe impossible. The mobile Wi-Fi is a superb device.

Service was delivered to our hotel as asked the day prior to our arrival.
SIM cards were easy to configure thanks to the help paper that came with it.
The service was available everywhere (even on the mount fuji, it was slower but it still worked) and fast. Just beware not to go above the "per day limit" too much, i forgot one update that i approved to download via data one evening instead of waiting for the hotel wifi and the next day i was on "ultra slow" surfing ; but that one is kinda on me not on their service no one should dowload a nearly 2Gb patch in 4/5G.

Picked up at the airport, very easy to install, clear instructions, worked well for the entire trip. Only two of us using and never had any issues. Dropped off at the mailbox outside of the train station and received notice the next day they had received it. Amazing efficiency in Japan.

Easy to set up and use

Really good experience with this service. It was easy and fast to obtain the sim from the airport counter desk and it worked perfectly for my entire stay in Japan.

We check the option of e-sim and this, finally take the pocket wifi, is small and you can carry easy, the batery is fine for the entire day and is cheaper than the e-sims, for us was the best option.

Did not disappoint in Tokyo and Kansai Region

Excellent service--it was at my hotel waiting for me .
I never lost connection throughout the trip and had x3 devices connected. Just had to be organised with the power pack.Return very straight forward and very reasonable compared to roaming data.Communication with company superb.HIGHLY recommend

The pocket-WiFi was easy to Pickup at the Airport. Easy was also the start and process to connect with the Smartphone. The WiFi Access was excellent all over Japan (wherever we travelled). We did Not need to use the Powerbank because the pocket-WiFi functioned Always the whole day without charging inbetween. Also the Return was easy at the Airport in the pre-delivered postpackage.
