Everything worked as advertised.

Perfect wifi, it works all the time at a great speed. The battery lasted all day. It includes a power bank but I never used it nor for my phone or for the pocket wifi but it was great to have it just in case. I will get this wifi again if I go again to Japan.

Decided at last minute to rent - great decision - was able to use my international phone and use Wifi to get great coverage while in the country - would definitely rent this again to stay connected while in Japan

First time trying Japan Wireless and also using a pocket WiFi. Pickup was easy once I found the desk at Narita Airport. Device worked great, no problems. Battery power bank was also helpful when out for long periods. Initially I thought that carrying around a pocket WiFi and power bank would be cumbersome, but actually it wasn’t that bad. Return at Narita Airport was really easy. I would use this service again in the future.

Easy pick-up, and wifi worked everywhere! We accidentally left our bag on the train with the router in it, and contacted support. They were quick to answer questions and ship out a replacement router. We got our bag back later and returned both routers. Would order from here again!
