Getting Premium Wifi was one of the best decision we made for our awesome Japan trip! The whole process of collecting it, using it and returning it was very convenient! The wifi speeds were fast and suited our needs for the trip. Thank you for your service and hard work, Premium Wifi!

I initially had a problem with the charger but the replacement was provided at our next location within 48 hours. The wifi operation worked well and wherever we travelled.

Very good service! Made it easy and clear to pick up and return

Worked out well for me

Great and very easy!

good and useful usage

Very easy to use, it worked everywhere

The ordering process was straight forward, the device was delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival, and the instructions for returning said device were easy to follow. Other providers expect you to pick the wifi device from Tokyo airport upon arfival, but who wants to do that after a 25 hour flight? This was the best option by far!

Very easy to pick up and return at the airport. Fast WiFi

We rented the premium wifi unit with unlimited data which cost us about $6.50 a day. As promised, it was at our first hotel. My friend and I were almost always together so we were able to share the pocket wifi. We used the unit all day especially on google maps, to keep in touch with family back home, to reserve other tours, to look up restaurants, and to figure out what trains to use. When we left Japan, we dropped the unit off in the provided envelope in the post box at the airport. I would definitely recommend using this unit and service and I would definitely rent the next time I am in Japan.
