Ottimo strumento. Molto tile

Overall was very pleased with the level of coverage and speed. However, be mindful of ‘unlimited data’. This is capped at 2GB Per day so after that speed is reduced to snails pace. However l only experienced this once and not entirely sure why as I hadn’t exceeded that limit.

I travelled all over Japan in the month of October and was very surprised with the connectivity of the JW portable Wifi never did i face in any area a break in connectivity! I was always connected!! The other plus is the ease of pick up and delivery at the Airport. I had to extend my stay and just a phone call was all it took for extending the access to the Wifi for the extended period. I would highly recommend JW to anyone looking for a Wifi service in Japan.

We rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for our 46 day visit to the country. It worked perfectly ! We travelled extensively through a good part of the country and were never without an internet connection. I carried it with me everywhere, either in a pocket of my backpack or, in the evenings, in my small hand bag. With a full charge, it lasted all day; I never even used the supplemental battery that is included. We chose JW because they were the most flexible for rental periods and their prices were most competitive. Very easy pickup (at the airport) and return. Essential and reliable !

Fast and effective service

Everything is perfect organised and makes travelling smooth and easy.

Decided on pocket wifi as my phone is locked. Ordered it kind of last minute (three days before departure) and had it shipped directly to my hotel as my flight was scheduled to arrive in the evening and didn't want to risk picking it up at the airport and it being closed. Worked well overall, maybe some loss of coverage underground in the metro train and some stations. Be sure to charge it every night and carry a power bank during the day, with intensive use the battery does drain down, sometimes quite suddenly. Would use again.
