It was such an easy process to acquire and return. I've never used this type of service before and I have to say it was amazing! Made traveling around Japan so much more easier, convenient and stress free. There was never a time when the connection cut out. Signal was strong throughout my travels thru the three cities and the battery life was exceptional. I would only need to charge it at night and even then after about 16hrs of use there was still about quarter battery life left, so I was never worried about it dying or needing charge. Thank you for such an awesome product and service. I have already recommended it to all my friends and family who are gonna visit Japan next year!

The wireless wifi works great!

Unit was delivered to our hotel and was there when we arrived.Easy to setup and connect. Speed was perhaps not as quick as indicated but still no problems encountered. Easy to send device back and Japan Wireless send an email when they get it back. Great service. Would do it again.

Fast and reliable. Perfekt service!

The transaction was fast and hassle-free. Getting the unit at Kansai Airport T2 was a breeze. When we extended for a few days, I just emailed their customer support and received a reply immediately with the link to extend the validity. Paid for it via credit card and voila! It was so convenient returning it as well, just find a post box and you're good to go. There was signal everywhere we went and data was fast. I would definitely order it again when we go back to Japan and recommend it to family and friends.

This was a great option for us travelers, I wish they offered this everywhere. It was considerably cheaper than paying for your own WiFi on your phone plan, and you can share with others in your group if you plan to stay together. The process was very easy. My only complaint is the charger didn’t work but luckily Japan and USA have the same chargers and that was not a problem for us. Super easy set up! You literally turn it on, and connect to it, that’s it! Make sure to charge nightly, it lasted us the entire day sightseeing without dying!
