Very convenient, airport pickup and use fully charged, fast internet, airport mail drop box after use and most of all LOW price.

Easy installation and activation.
Excellent coverage and download/upload speeds.
Highly recommend this service.

The portable WiFi worked perfectly! It was great to have it as we traveled around Japan.

Very good! Easy to use.

Good Wifi

This was a seamless experience. My first device didn't work but the company sent a replacement that arrived within 12 hours. After that, the device worked perfectly and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend.

Connection was awesome, we had 3 families traveling together and definitely easy to connect / communicate since we had access to texting using our US Iphones!

Everything about using the device was great! Easy to pick up, connect and return! Had only one slight hiccup for all but a minute during my two weeks of use, with all other times being reliable and steady with it's connection. The included power bank also provides peace of mind compared to other pocket wifi businesses just in case. All in all, this service and the device ABSOLUTELY carried my trip to Japan, and I can't fathom how I would have made my way around without it!

Great customer service
