Easy pick up (at the airport) and drop off in a mailbox. Stay charged all day with great service.

Worked perfectly! Had as many as four devices to tie into the internwt.

Great system - reliable, the wifi lasted most of the day.

Amazing service on almost everywhere I went throughout Japan, It’s as fast as you are expecting. It’s a real last minute life saver.

Great battery life and reception

It was easy using the pocket WiFi and the connection was great!

Great service throughout the holiday

I used their data service 20gb 30days for my 16-day trip in Tokyo and in some other cities in Japan. Easy to set up and I had no problem! Highly recommend!
(*I didn’t use the service of text message and voice calls. )

I used Japan Wireless premium wifi for 3 weeks in November 2024, and always had a connection. It performed as expected, which all you can hope for

Fast and reliable internet. Even when out of the city
