Easy to use and very practical. Good internet signal. Lost connection or was slow a few times. Take your own power bank, don't depend on what is sent for free, it didn't work when I needed it. Other than that, it's really nice to have!

easy to use service. worked anywhere we went. very cost effective

I enjoyed having the wifi pocket device during my stay in Japan, it worked perfectly for my work

Having second thoughts whether to go for this service? I tell you all from a first time experience that everything that Japan Wireless Service offers are straight forward and very easy to follow! It is so easy that you do not need to always go for YouTube tutorial! 💯

No issue with internet coverage even at Hokkaido mountainous area (ski resort), battery last until evening for normal usage.

Ease of use. No problem in connection. Can connect to multiple devices without any hassle

Consistent and strong signal
