I can not say it was flawless. Could have been our device, it did drop in rare occasion. it worked just fine for the majority of time. if I were getting another eSIM, I will most likely get one again.

Timely delivery. After about a month, there was a smallmalfunction and the service team helped try to fix it over an email exchange. When that did not work, they exchanged the Wifi without problem, and right away. Great service.

Connection speed was very good. Battery lasted all day on most days. Also very convenient pick-up and drop-off, no need to wait in line at a counter.

In the beginning of our trip, our flight got delayed 4 times! We ended up reaching the airport after hours and by then, Japan Wireless was closed. I e mailed them and the response was quick and they were able to send our pocket WiFi straight to our hotel the following day! They understood the urgency and was quick and I appreciated that! I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless!

Easy pick-up and drop-off procedure. Clear communication with instructions. Good service coverage. Don't rely on their power bank. Ours didn't work but luckily we didn't need it.
