This WiFi device worked as the advertising described. We had full coverage in all places we visited, from cities to the snowfields. Brilliant system and would definitely use again.

It was delivered to my hotel, the instructions on how to set it up were clear and it worked as advertised.

I have nothing to say. Best thing I could possibly do. I had internet access everywhere and all the time. No problem with connection or internet speed. All the time perfect! Very thankful for this service.

It worked well, and easy to return.

We were on holiday with our three boys and this device was a great way for all of us to stay in touch

My wife and I rented the pocket wifi during our trip to Japan. The service was great and came in handy for our GPS or to make Whatsapp/messenger calls, etc. The service was affordable and easy to pick up at the pick up counter and return in the mailbox inside the airport near security line. Highly recommend!

Worked perfekt and the service was very good and very fast

The whole process was quick and easy. Thank you very much.

Effortless and so simple setup, I have recommended it now to three friends and they were similarly impressed. Will use Japan Wireless eSim for all our trips to Japan

Japan Wireless makes leaving an excellent review incredibly easy by providing a perfect customer experience from start to finish. I am happy to recommend the Premium WiFi service and will make use of it again when I next visit Japan. ありがとうございました！
