love it was easy and staff are very nice and help out a lot. And wifi was great everywhere I went no problems even in the train station. Love and would use them again when I go back and visit Japan.

It was convenient to use and wifi was very fast for a zoom and team conversations. Furthermore, it has a broad coverage to get wifi even in rural parts of Izu. I was impressed.

simple to use , effective, perfect mechanism for using american phones in Japan where google maps and google translate are game changers. if you are using Iphone can also load an E version of Suica / IC card . overall worth the money and solved the connectivity problem for american phones
