I recently rented a pocket WiFi and was so pleased with how easy it was to pick up, set up and use throughout my trip. WiFi worked great and it was so easy to drop in the mailbox at the end of my trip. I highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Initially had a struggle with getting signal when we first received the device. But after the first night it worked wonderfully for what we needed. It did seem to slow down a little bit when we were in really congested areas like visiting Tokyo Disneyland but even then it still worked great.

A great experience ordering and using this product through Japan wireless. When I ordered I selected the wrong airplort terminal and emailed to change, this was sorted very quickly and we picked up the WiFi with no problems. Set up was super easy even is my sleep deprived state and the device battery lasted all day so no need to use the provided battery pack.

I connected 2 devices, all day for 15 days. Always worked, battery lasted all day. No problems at all.

Durante todo el viaje ha funcionado perfectamente. Te proveen de cargador portátil para que puedas cargarlo durante el día, adaptador y cable, con bolsa que lo protege de agua o golpes. Entrega en el aeropuerto y devolución en buzón de correos muy cómodas y fáciles. Instrucciones en inglés y funcionamiento sin complicaciones.

With 8-12 hours of battery life + secondary battery replacement + included powerbank were magnificent. No need to worry that you'll lose connection as it almost always have service wherever you are. The pick-up and drop-off instructions were easy to follow too. Also the rent per day was very affordable.

Pocket wifi pick-up and drop off was easy. Only issue is that it didn't last 20 hours as advertised.

It was easy to activate using the QR code. Good connection throughout.
